ABOUT MY ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
If you like the real deal, then an original is for you. I'm first and foremost a still life painter, which means in most cases I set up the complete arrangement in my studio and work from life. Sometimes it can take years before I find that missing piece for my painting. There is nothing like the thrill of standing before a blank canvas, after what could be days of planning. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, I also do commissioned pieces. I've painted several client's favorite beverage, foods, pets and jewelry. I love doing commissions!
All of my originals are done with high grade oil or acrylic paints. Most are painted on linen, some on canvas.
